Sustainable Christmas is a personal project focused on creating the design of furoshiki, which are traditional Japanese wrapping cloths used to carry and transport items.
The project aims to promote sustainable gift wrapping practices by offering an alternative to traditional wrapping paper, which is often used only once and then thrown away.
Furoshiki can be reused multiple times in a lot of different ways and are made from natural materials, making them a more environmentally friendly option.
The design of the furoshiki for Sustainable Christmas has been inspired by the holiday season and will feature festive patterns and colors. The project aims to encourage people to think about the impact of their gift wrapping choices and to consider more sustainable options that can reduce waste and protect the environment.
