The customer needed a CRM system for dropshipping. The main challenge was to implement a complex mathematical calculation of the price for each product, because the price was formed in 5 stages. At the same time, the customer was limited in resources.
Decision:
To save the customer's resources, we proposed to develop a CRM system in the form of a WEB application instead of desktop software. We have rethought the architecture and optimized the process of data analysis.
We used Node JS for back-end development and React JS for front-end development. Cloud services from Google - Firebase were used to optimize data storage and management and their protection.
Result:
Turnkey optimized web application. It stores data on customers and suppliers, a mathematically complex price model is calculated in a couple of clicks. The application works quickly and reliably, and all data is securely protected.
