In early 2021, I was tasked with building the marketing function for Strong Home Mortgage. Matured the brand from startup to challenger. Spearheaded and bolstered reputation to 4.8 stars across more than 6,000 reviews online, including #7 nationwide for "top 10 Lenders in Customer Satisfaction" by Lending Tree. Ranking for four quarters running (since Q3 2021), with 97% of our ratings being 5-stars. Developed a "Premium Buyers" program that includes a $6,000 on-time closing guarantee. Led the rebuild of our website and currently shifting the culture toward organic search from 100% paid leads. Directed and contributed to all efforts: creative direction, website development, content, keyword research, on-page optimization, and more. Ranking for 80+ keywords that includes intentional traffic for specific products and comparisons. The project is early stage and ongoing. Produced advertising for talk radio in Los Angeles, Sacramento, Seattle, and Phoenix. Created press release and earned publicity on Yahoo Finance for our 1-800-CASHOUT hotline and our work converting home equity to cash. Trended for "tappable equity".
