Equinox'22 is an annual internal design event, where almost 2,000 strong design teams from around the world gather together to learn from and connect, innovate together, create a sense of community, and take pride in our role as design leaders.

BOLDNESS was chosen as a theme for the year, and it wasn't chosen deliberately: more than ever the world needs designers to think and act boldly, amplifying as many voices around the world as possible.
