The Client was combining past software-as-a-service product to create a new generation single product with the goal to optimize workflows and enhance usability.

1. Generated user flow diagrams to help aide communication between product management and engineering/developers
2. Created clickable, high-fidelity mockups for web experience to simulate the experience for customers
