I've updated my website where you can find both my client & personal projects all in one place. This illustration is very much an homage to Ed Roth, whose iconic characters I’ve always found inspirational, but it’s also a reference to my artist moniker.

Occasionally I get asked what ‘xxzbat’ stands for. It’s a mix of my love for bats and the fact that I caught MTV’s golden age as a teenager. One of the shows I used to watch a lot was Pimp My Ride, and I guess Xzibit was the first thing that came to my mind when I had to come up with something random to use on my first projects. It’s as silly as it gets but I ended up sticking to it. I guess it doubles as a reminder to have fun with my work.
