Business center in Offenburg, Germany. It was important for the client to show the concept of the future project in two variations of facade finishing: brickwork and facade plaster.
The building is located next to the railway in the industrial area of the city. It was important for the architects to fit the new building into the existing infrastructure, while maintaining its visual appeal and creating a pleasant environment around the business center.
