The client
Billingo is an online invoicing application. The company is based in Budapest and founded in 2015. During the years the few-persons company now has grown into a team of more than 30 people. Helping a wide range of businesses to spend less time with invoicing and administration so they have more time for everything else.

The task
Billingo was launched in a crowded market that hadn’t changed since then. In the meantime, Billingo has gained a large user base and fans; over the years, more and more features have been added to the application, so it was necessary to transform the marketing communications. In addition, the appearance, both the web and the app, has become old-fashioned compared to newer fin tech solutions. Voov’s job was to renew the identity and communication.

Our solution
In collaboration with the Billingo team, we conducted research and a full survey. After that we determined how to do the repositioning, we redesigned the entire brand to create a fresh communication and illustration style. We created an up-to-date website and redesigned the interface of the web application as well. As part of this, we have designed a design system to maximize the consistent look and feel of the user experience.
