GMM News is an independent news agency under GMM Grammy Group. It broadcasts on TV channel GMM25, a digital terrestrial TV channel in Thailand targeting the new generation, urban people, and those with modern lifestyles.

The vertical logo will be the primary logo, while the horizontal logo will be the secondary logo.

The design principle retains the DNA of GMM Grammy and GMM25 by incorporating elements from both logos, such as the screen frame element and the letter stencil of GMM25.
Context
Previously, GMM News functioned as a news program utilizing the same news source as One News, which airs on GMM One Channel. Both entities operate under GMM Grammy. Notably, GMM News lacked its own editorial team, relying solely on its dedicated news anchors.

Currently, GMM News is embarking on a process of establishing itself as an independent news agency. This includes the formation of its own editorial team, marking the beginning of a rebranding initiative. The goal of this rebranding effort is to cultivate a unique identity that effectively conveys the "independence" that defines the new era of GMM News. Additionally, it aims to shed its "old image" and transform into a news agency that resonates effectively with its target audience – the new generation.
Strategy
Sharpen the brand's personality to achieve a distinct and relatable identity for the new generation. This will be reflected in the news anchors' attire, which will be modern, stylish, and reflect a progressive approach to storytelling.

To convey the image of an independent news agency, the rebranding will utilize:

Our design approach is centered on a multi-brand architecture. We prioritize building a strong core brand with a few key rules to foster brand loyalty. However, we will maintain flexibility in defining sub-brand identities in the future, based on marketing needs.

GMM News serves as the umbrella brand for our news agency. The news programs under GMM News are divided into three periods, each with the "GMM News" logo attached at the end to denote ownership. For example, "เช้าวันนี้ GMM News" (This Morning GMM News), "เที่ยงวันนี้ GMM News" (This Afternoon GMM News), and "เย็นวันนี้ GMM News" (This Evening GMM News). However, the names of individual news sections within these programs can be named independently to allow for marketing flexibility.
