I started off by creating the basic “pen strokes” and making each letter 1 second long with linear keyframes.

Overlapping parts of the letters will create unwanted results by “leaking” the strokes too early in the animation,so these are fixed by creating and animating masks frame by frame on the “leaks”

Trying to emulate a realistic and natural movement i time remapped the entire animation using the graph editor,adjusting curves in parts where i think the hand would slow down or speed up,and also making the animation fit the audio.
