I had a unique experience illustrating a new book by Ukrainian historian professor Yaroslav Hrytsak for Portal publishing house (Kyiv, Ukraine). The book is a major research on the history of Ukraine in the context of the world history and contains various maps, infographics and figures. I chose to deliver in a minimalist and clear visual style and created more than 50 illustrations using just two Pantone colours.
The book was shortlisted by BBC Book of the Year (Ukraine).
