In summer 2019 Toyota Lean Management Centre were preparing to officially launch their management centre at the Toyota Motor Manufacturing Plant on Deeside in North Wales, UK. Simcoemedia was asked to create a presentation examing how lean techniques developed by Toyota had assisted a variety of organisations including Welsh Government and Iggesund in Cumbria.
