Mission Patches
Commemorating outstanding personal and team contributions
In 2020 Ethyca kicked off a new culture initiative to acknowledge and reward outstanding personal and team contributions. In collaboration with the outstanding Illustrator Crisy Meschieri we created a series of limited edition mission patches for the categories; "Outstanding Team Leadership", "Demonstrating Company Values", being part of a new "Product Launch Team", and work anniversaries to name but a few.
The final patches were embroidered and sent out to each team member along with letter of recognition to mark the occasion.
Inspired by Nasa and their decades long tradition of issuing mission patches to fellow astronauts and members of the the launch team, we too intend to continue this venture for decades to come!
