1. Social media posts:
The main platform used was Instagram, but I also regularly created content for Facebook and Twitter, as well as overseeing the content created over on the company's Malawi pages (@apexcargomalawi), handled by a marketing agency in Malawi.
2. Email marketing
Using Mailchimp, I sent out regular email updates to subscribed customers, enabling customers to keep in touch with shipping dates, receive info on about all of the services Apex offered and more.
3. Website:
Using WordPress, I've created a simple portfolio site that is used to display all of the company's services, current rates and shipping information, as well as being a way to capture enquiries.
