Some pics drawn with a pencil directly in negative grayscale and then processed for color and tone mapping. This is my first series of such drawings. After numerous experiments with unusual drawing techniques, such as drawing each color channel separately, I ended up with a formula enabling to produce images with immense realism by simple means: drawing the "key" (inverse luminance) with a pencil and subsequently adding color in Photoshop.
