Lesson 4 - Persona and Customer Journey
In the following case we were instructed to create an archetype persona that would fit most of our customers.

I came up with Johnny Jones, who i think is a great example of a typical business man in the busy streets of London. Someone who is very time limited and generally wants to find places he can cut some inefficiency out, such as sitting in traffic. Not only that he's also somewhat dedicated to staying healthy in his daily life, which can be hard with as little time he has. He'd be a perfect candidate for getting an e-bike that not only will give him a bit of daily exercise, but also enables him to fly through traffic jams.

Next we had to make a customer journey from our archetype's point of view, which as a result could give us better understand of the thinking pattern the volt customers would have.
In the end we had to consider the service blueprint part of our journey, which can be seen at touchpoint 3 in the customer journey. These are the stakeholders of the different touchpoints in the journey, those who are behind what the customer interacts with.
