Kilimo is a water irrigation platform for Commodity Crops and High-Value Crops in Agriculture.

We automatically collect and analyze all the necessary climate and satellite data to keep our water balance algorithm running 24/7.
DECISION SUPPORT
Our web and mobile application suggests when and how much water to irrigate, based on an irrigation strategy selected by the farmer.

Designing a product level improvement on defined problems in co creation with both the Product and Delivery teams.
Tools
To assess the pain points and gain points in the app, as well as the user's feelings, actions and thoughts, I mapped these factors together with stakeholders by using qualitative research such as empathy maps, interviews and paper research.

For quantitative research, I used Maze in order to spot the eye fixation points as well as the response time from the users being tested.
