"Akshara Siri-ಕನ್ನಡ" is a Unicode Keyboard Layout(QWERTY). This Keyboard layout enables you to easily type both Kannada & English Language in any editing application (Adobe Creative Cloud / Apple Pages/ Apple Keynote/ TextEdit etc…) on Mac OS.

My name is Manjunatha R, and i was born and raised in Tirumakudalu Narasipura, Mysuru, Karnataka.
I am a Type Designer, Conceptual Photographer, and Graphic Designer who works in a variety of mediums.
I began drawing Kannada letters when i was ten years old, and i continue to be fascinated with Painting and Letter Design during the school day. That passion led me to digital Typeface Design, and i have now started my own Type Foundry called “Akshara Type Studio".
