BCG Illustrations
Brightest Cluster Galaxies (BCGs) are the largest galaxies in a galaxy cluster, and are some of the largest objects in our universe. I created these illustrations to demonstrate some concepts in the ongoing research of Dr. Louise Edwards at Cal Poly.
I created some of the elements, including these two stars, in Adobe Photoshop. I then pieced them together in Adobe Illustrator, along with information about the BCGs.
