Oscar Albayalde - Leader In Law Enforcement

As NCRPO Director, Oscar Albayalde led more than 29,000 uniformed personnel in Metro Manila towards the attainment of a safer place to live, work and do business. He recently retired as Chief of the Philippine National Police where he led more than 180,000 uniformed personnel.
