Why study public restrooms?
I chose to study this topic because health and hygiene have never been a more popular topic of conversation. It's nearly impossible to know how clean restrooms are at public places such as rest stops, gas stations, tourist attractions, and even restaurants. Finding a better way to mitigate these risks could better protect the general public.
The Project
Create an app design for finding public restrooms using findings within research. Identify what information the user wants to see, and what is important to show them.
My Role
I managed all aspects of the project, from the initial research & ideation, through to prototyping, user testing, and UI design.
