Migraine is a Neurological Disease. This is my Migraine World.
I live with Migraine. I have for the majority of my life, it is part of who I am. Some people will never know or understand the pain, emotion or full spectrum of what a migraine does to a person. And for that I am thankful, I wish no one knew what I know. Yet I do want the world to understand or at least see what my brain "feels" and "sees" during my attacks. I've take to using Adobe Fresco during these attacks to paint what I'm feeling or seeing. It has been quite helpful. It changes the focus to something other than the actual pain and also allows a glimpse into what is happening to me. Here, I present a few of my attack paintings, showing aura's, pain, and overall physical secrets of migraine attacks.
