This is an integrated project which aims to help the elderly and their families, living in distant villages. The elderly patient wears a smart watch that sends some relevant data to Cruz Vermelha's care system. The app also allows the caregiver or the patient to communicate with doctors, nurses, etc... At the end of each day the caregiver has to fill other data charts, so that the doctors or nurses have the patient complete report, This system allows the health teams to monitor, fill reports,...and keep the records updated.
