The Specialised Clinic of Crete or SCC is the latest, state of the art, multi-specialty clinic at the Greek island of Crete.
The red cross has been the symbol recognized by the First Geneva Convention as the single distinctive emblem of medical services for over a century. For SCC the cross gets a twist in order, on one hand, to reference the world recognised symbol and at the same time serve as a three letter monogram providing SCC with a distinctive mark. In terms of color, gold foil printing is applied to the logotype or alternatively it is printed white on a gold foil background with the purpose to depict with high quality services provided but also to match the interiors of the clinic that have a pallete of dark blue and black.
