Foi definido um novo posicionamento, destacando a qualidade , agilidade e personalização dos serviços da empresa. Sua identidade agora é amigável e moderna, aplicada principalmente no meio digital .

Já que a marca seria registrada no INPI, não poderia utilizar a bandeira Nacional de forma óbvia.
Por isso o novo símbolo é a bandeira nacional simplificada, que forma uma seta para frente.
