Juventus goalkeeper Gianluigi Buffon has reflected on his 500th Serie A appearance and his club's recent good run of form in the Italian league last Sunday. The Old Lady defeated Livorno 2-0 on Sunday at the Armando Picchi stadium, and the game marked the fifth fixture in a row that Buffon's goal has not been breached. After the game, the stalwart international keeper revealed that these clean sheets were needed after a disastrous final quarter capitulation to league rivals Fiorentina last month.
