Christmas mug inspired by a gift from a student.  This scene uses a mixture or material techniques ranging from basic texturing for the mug with to mixtures of procedural nodes using Arnold renderer's Visual node based programming.
The goal of this scene was capture a sense of enhanced realism and festivity in a mildly fanciful style.
