After struggling with previous providers to successfully develop their identity, natural paint producers, eColour, engaged Mude to refresh their brand identity.
eColour were seeking a brand that accurately reflected their position in the market and equipped them with the distinctive and competitive edge required to propel the business forward, upon the arrival of new movers in the space. eColour has the top performing non-toxic product in the market at a 100% VOC free rating, but their brand was bogged down by stale public perceptions that didn’t accurately reflect the innovative products. We made sure our work acknowledged eColour's roots, yet wasn’t green-washed with sustainability symbolism.

This allowed the brand to feel approachable for consumers concerned with healthy products, and shifted any perception that eco-friendly might mean cheap or not ever-lasting. The new brand perception is one where eco-friendly meets premium, quality, and dependable innovation.
