Princip has always been shown through the few photos that were ever taken of him, the most famous one being after his arrest. What this illustration is trying to do is depict Princip in the moment of action, at the most historically significant and impactful moment of his and many other people's lives. 

Personally, I do not know whether his actions are to be condemned or praised, whether he was a terrorist or a freedom fighter. My goal was to present this moment in a new light, from a different angle. Now it is up to the viewer to decide whether if this is a scene depicting victory or defeat.
