Promotional calendar for the Maxi Pro company, a home improvement and gardening online retailer. The project got its name as "Professional, the Hero of Our Time".

We took several famous posters for films as our jumping-off point and started creating. The customer gave us all freedom to act. Even obviously thrilling and disturbing scenes were rebuilt.

First, sketches were done by artist Yulia Kuleshova.

All the images were shot in a pavilion. The set was partly constructed. Most of the money was spent on lighting, costumes, models and retouching work. The images below haven't been processed in Photoshop so you can clearly see the lighting work.

Retouching and compositing were done by Ashot Gevorkyan. 

The customer printed 2000 copies of the calendar, and a whole page was dedicated for credits:
