Real Estate App — Brand Design

About
Real estate agents will often try to trick the consumer by under price a listing to attract viewer and drive the price up. This recently developed browser Extension will notify you when this happens, while searching on the largest marketplace website in the Netherlands. The app list the historical value and selling prices and thereby makes the trick completely transparant for the consumer.

Concept — Logo
The main goal regarding the logo was 'simple but sophisticated'. Other terms that were mentioned were 'revealing, transparant, smart, funny and original'. We came up with the classic hat-trick where a performer will produce a rabbit out of an apparently empty top hat. The concept was born.

How it works — Browser Extension
The extension is super user friendly and only gives a notification when needed. So, let say you’re on a marketplace looking for a listed house, as soon as there is some monkey business going on from the selling real estate on this listing, the app gives you a heads up.

UI — Browser Extension
Multiple frames were created for every step the user passes. Each step and action has to be clear and simple.

Marketing page — Desktop view
The job description for the marketing site was a simple one pager and had to be just as easy as the app itself, including the same look and feel. After the launch, the conversion rate of the product more than tripled.

Although this is never realised it’s always good to see what the visual impact can be with an outdoor campaign. Just as all the other deliverables that were created, repetition and consistency were key when it came to visual awareness of the product.

With copy such as 'What agents and marketplace won't tell you (but we will)' and 'We get it, you've got better things to do than keep track of things 24/7.' we tried to create a FOMO-effect for the viewer. And that worked, we got a tremendous amount of positive reactions on the posts.

Mobile app — Concept
The concept for a mobile app came up when we were standing in front of a listed house on location. We said to ourselves, wouldn’t it be great if we could create an app that give you instant information of the listed house or apartment right there on the spot.
