TALK "Share your voice"

Talk
Share your voice
Everyone has a chatty inner "me", so let it unleash and share it with others

The idea came to me thanks to podcasts, because lately I often listen to them when I'm fed up with the usual playlists. Starting with this, I reflected on the type of equipment podcasters need to make their content.
Obviously, the fundamental instrument is the microphone, without which nothing is possible, so I tried to create a product that could become almost iconic, while postponing it in total simplicity. Functionality is the key point of the project, in fact I have tried to simplify the process of using the microphone as much as possible by reducing it into three simple steps: Open, connect and rec

This is my little personal project.
I designed and developed this object starting from UX, than 3d modeled and rendered the microphone

The shape is very simple and compact, because not everyone has room for a permanent set-up for this reason the tripod is foldable.
Furthermore this makes it perfect for being able to use even on the move.

The working of "Talk" is very simple, given the presence of only one command for use

The front wheel allows you to perform many functions:
By simply turning it, it is possible to increase and decrease the volume in the headphones or the microphone gain.
If pressed, it allows you to activate or deactivate the audio.
To switch between the different volume or gain adjustments is very simple, just press it twice to switch modes.
COLORS!!!
Colors and Materials

A series of six color variations characterized by different materials that make the microphone more interesting.

The main body is made of steelwhile the tripod is made of semi-opaque plastic and the pop filter is made of sponge. The cable is also covered in fabric of the same color as the other parts.
