Stool Design
Designing a simple and stylish bar stool that provides the traditional Chinese tenon structure for people to install and disassemble without any tools and can be folded almost flat for storage.
Introduction.

With high housing prices and increasing demand for inner-city living, contemporary living spaces are becoming more compact. For international students, who value more freedom and mobility, however, the rental housing space may be small and they need to share a room with at least one other person most of the time. Therefore, what they really require is flexible, foldable, space-saving, and easily transportable furniture that is also modern and stylish. They pursue furniture to do much more with a lot less space.
Main Features.

Stoorich highly integrates the modern aesthetics and tenon structure, the balanced style of this traditional Chinese tenon structure is cleverly used to connect with the dovetail locks. The product itself entirely used the tenon to connect and fix each other, so that it can be assembled and disassembled with bare hands.
Space-saving.

Because of the limited space, open space requires students to make sacrifices in order to save space. Turning flat and place against the wall would be a major advantage, Stoorich can instantly change shape and be neatly stored under the bed or placed against or hung on the wall when not used.
The product itself can be disassembled into units, therefore, this allows the parts to be flat packed that it greatly reduces the delivery cost and is very suitable for storage and transport.
Assembly.

Stoorich can be roughly divided into three parts (seat, three legs, and three supported spindles). First, pass the two spindles through the two legs and the straps which are attached under the seat and then pass the last spindle through the lower spindles and rear leg. Secondly, insert the dovetail tenon on the rear leg into the seat, then lower the seat surface along and place it on the upper spindle. Finally, install the rubber cover to fix the overall structure and complete the assembly.
