It took some time to trace the camera the most than the lil guy, as there are details I couldn't help but to bring over from photo to illustration. Such as the grilling on the lens's exterior for gripping. Whereas mrMINI had to be given a 3D effect to "match" as close to the card's position from how the photo is angled; plus with some slight depth.

It's the first photo here I used so I can trace over the camera and the SD card. The other two are some of the other photos I took trying to decide which photo to pick. 

And here is the process I took to build the drawing. From drawing lines and shapes over a locked photo on the canvas to various assets thrown outside the artboard in the file: including various photos to choose, copied PNGs of previous mrMINIs, the prototype drawings of the youtube video screen and the character (before I expand the drawn lines), and the versions of the traced camera drawing.
