I currently work outside of the design industry, at an Insurance Brokerage, as an Internal Underwriter. Our marketing manager has asked me from time-to-time to riff off their existing logo and create materials for give aways and events. One such event is an annual Miller Golf tournament, and they needed bag tags for all of the attendees.

It started by brainstorming and testing out a variety of ideas.
Final design uploaded to Glowforge to print.
The final tag, cut out of maple plywood.
Then cut a LOT! I think it was between 40-50 cut on my Glowforge. **Not shown - 40-50 navy leather strips cut with snaps applied.
