The Anchovy Bar is the latest restaurant from the team behind James Beard Award-winning and Michelin-starred State Bird Provisions and The Progress. The Anchovy Bar opened in 2020 amidst the pandemic with outdoor dining and a retail space. Ray developed the brand identity, collateral system, signage and branded retail offerings.
