MARK MAKING:

This is an experimental response to a brief which stated to create an alphabet using physical media. I focused on creating a thick line to continue the letters of the alphabet. I focused on keeping the brush on the paper for the full letter. This left me with some beautiful brush strokes which resembles letters of the alphabet. it gives an unfinished but interesting movement to the finished letters. 

By using a circular sponge and the end of a paintbrush I focused on keeping the pattern while creating an unusual alphabet. Some of the letters were hard to identify however, the effect still came across strong as the brush marks and sponge started to compliment one an other.
