As a Stoke City fan it was an honour and a privilege to be asked and trusted to paint Gordon Banks' portrait for the front cover of the #pottersmag programme which marked the one year anniversary of his death. I was never fortunate enough to meet him but he was a man I admired for what he did with England and Stoke City.
