'T cubed' design by Andres Truus

'T cubed' marine container setup T2 is recycled and cost friendly practically into future looking modular office space, it has 3 levels including a roof terrace. First floor has 27,1 m2, second floor has 61.8 m2 and rooftop area is 35.8 m2, Total usable area in T2 is 124.7 m2 for 4-8 people.
Roof terrace is excellent for entertaining guests or contemplating in the open air.
Concrete pillars make it possible to position this container system easily to your preferable location in the nature, even on the slope or otherwise difficult to reach location. Pillar system is more nature friendly than regular concrete foundation and leaves much of the ground intact.
Crucial idea of the project is to make inside area as functional as possible and leave containers exterior unchanged. It is intentional endeavor to show that marine containers don't need to be hidden or heavily decorated. The goal has been to create a truly recycled and cost friendly into future looking modular office space.
There is possibility to separate office space with soundproof partitions creating smaller independent work areas or meeting rooms.
On the ground level there is dedicated area for the toilet, cooking and washing facilities. Solar panels installed on the roof and outdoor water container can make this system off grid.
