Otemachi One store is the first store that started from the design in the Japanese expansion of "Venchi". Despite the lack of store development and design results for Venchi in Japan, it took more than 2 years to complete the project from scratch.
It is necessary to keep the store's temperature at a low temperature (20℃ or less) at all times because Venchi sells a wide variety of chocolates including gelato. The store create an air curtain in front of the full open store in order to prevent outside air from entering. In addition, the Otemachi One store focused on creating a system that keeps the temperature inside the store constant. To stop the cold air from escaping, it is directed between walls in order to ensure that the cool air circulates on the shelves displaying chocolate.
This project is started before Venchi established its Japanese subsidiary. As a brand launch in Japan, GARDE also provides consulting services for store development from scratch.
