If WhatsApp Inc. had a shop feature, I think it'd be a great feature for both SMEs and customers. Here's a video showing a few of my thought process.This allows users to be able to make a list of shops or services that are close to them and do their regular shopping on WhatsApp as opposed to going to the physical shop.
