This event calendar flier was design for the Asian and Asian Pacific Islander Heritage Month Celebration. The elements in the design were chosen to represent the Asian culture such as the color palette and the graphics. I worked with a co-designer, Diana Garcia, to choose the typefaces appropriate for this context. The red text chosen for the title creates a hierarchy highlighting the different events. Overall, the design choices for this flier conveyed the Asian culture celebration well.
