Video Composition
One day as I was saving a PowerPoint presentation, I noticed MP4 listed under the file format options under the "Save as" menu. This got me to thinking about trying my hand at video composition. This first attempt uses the audio from a radio ad and is intended to raise money to alleviate hunger during the holidays. As a video editor, PowerPoint definitely has limitations, but if it's all you have, it can be made to work.

My second venture is a photo montage highlighting Island Harvest Food Bank's response to the sudden increase in the number of people relying on emergency food due to the economic crisis brought about by the coronavirus.

I'm now armed with Adobe Premiere Pro and have my sights set on the big leagues. Using professional software designed for video editing definitely makes life much easier, as well as removing limitations of what is possible.
This video is to promote an annual funding-raising event that normally takes place in conjunction with a NY Mets game at Citi Field, but this year had to be turned into a virtual event due to the need to socially distance.
