SIDETRIP : EXPERIMENTAL : FORWARD
Unlike my previous SIDETRIP work (still on-going) SIDETRIP : EXPERIMENTAL takes the main character, Azure to a completely different, colder universe of an inhumane, dystopian government. Azure explores the city, while seeking an escape. This series began as an experiment but also began just as the corona virus began to get worse here in Japan. As much as I wanted to continue the original SideTrip series with its vibrant colors, I decided to do something suitable for the time and the overall mood I was in.
The end result was the experimental series. This is part 1 of it.

Modo13.2 was used extensively to produce a simple scene which I later used various tools to turn it into a painterly picture. Tools included Synthetik StudioArtist5, Affinity Photo, and AfterEffects.
