The year 2020 is filled with controversy--why did we go back to the past when skin color, race, and homosexuality became the target of attack?  

Black lives matter. 

All lives matter. 

Love is not a skin color. 

All opinions are valid even if we do not agree with them.

My client wanted to highlight controversial issues happening in the world right now. Most college students have laptops, water bottles, and are affected by these issues. In regard to that, my client wanted to make stickers to discretely and boldly  showcase that all humans deserve equality, love, and respect.

At first, my client client had many ideas such as doing items that represent Florida. They said that Florida is known for their oranges and palm trees. As I did what they asked, they were not liking the textures and wanted to do a new idea.

They realized that they wanted to communicate a hidden messages that inspire to do action. This is where my client wanted to do stickers that represented issues going on in the world right now. 

Instead of very detailed textures, they wanted to have simple blends (the object stacked on another to create monochromatic groupings. This is worked into the final result of all of the stickers (with the exception of the tongue in the third sticker):

When the client had asked for specific requirements, I redid and even started over multiple times to satisfy their needs. 

I followed their critiques in in regards to color schemes, readjustment of certain pieces, and what message they wanted to portray.

My client was satisfied with the finished result and posted them on their social media accounts and printed them out and put them on their laptop and water bottle; much positive feedback.
