The idea for the Yearbook Project was to make a memorabilia for the Class of 2020 at KJSCE, and give them something to remember the year for in a more positive manner going forward. With farewells getting cancelled and graduations happening online, we felt that it was a great opportunity to give people something to remember their college and the people they met here by.
With everything that is happening in 2020, from cyclones and storms to a worldwide pandemic, we felt a responsibility as designers to do our part and help the society in any way we could. Thus, all proceeds from the KJSCE Yearbook: Class of 2020 were donated to Goonj Rahat Amphan, an initiative that works for the welfare of people affected by Cyclone Amphan in West Bengal.
