Ilija (62) is a ranger who spends most of the year next to the isolated Trnovacko Lake, deep in the mountains of the Piva Nature Park, on the border of Montenegro and Bosnia and Herzegovina. The lake is reachable only on foot and it takes 2 hours. Most of the things necessary for life, Ilija and his younger assistant Marko, carry on horseback, along a narrow and dangerous mountain path.
