CEB normally used standard, stale, black-and-white invitations for its Annual Executive Retreats—its major series of meetings for its members each year. Working with the Benefits Roundtable, a division of CEB, I developed this full-color brochure with bright, engaging photography and an unusual square shape. 

Member response was enormous, but more importantly, nearly every other division of CEB (40 or so groups catering to different types of executives) quickly adopted the basic design for themselves that year.
