DIGITAL FELLOWSHIP ORIENTATION MANUAL: The IHTSC has 6 fellows that spend a year getting specialized training in the upper extremity. I converted a 500 page orientation manual into a digital version that would be loaded onto their iPads. The manual provides the new fellows with their job descriptions and all information needed for their fellowship. The manual had a pulldown menu for navigation and was easily updated if needed, clickable links were also included.
