Black and gold spatial layout of this buildings creates seamless interaction between old world and world design, offering an opportunity for owners to limit rehab costs and long term sustainability. The on cantilever in the upper right was extended specifically for conference rooms and snaking stations. Inside the regular office layout of structures between the glass sections, a central path connects the two buildings to a large covered internal plaza, engineered back at the start of the century and new design blends perfectly.
